Stub axle replacement is the process of removing the original stub axle without damaging the original asymmetric link/arm and replacing it with a new ALKO/CruiseMaster axle.
 
We use a specially manufactured fixture to aid in the removal and fitment of the new stub axle to ensure critical alignment.
 
This operation addresses damaged stub axles and/or offset changes without the costly need to replace the entire asymmetric link.
 
We upgrade the axle from 50mm to 56mm (1.5t Tvan) to help address bending in larger offset vans as standard (190mm).
 
This service is available for Tvan (1.5t and 1.8t), Topaz, Mate and T4.

Asymmetric links are stripped, axles removed and replaced in our fixture, cleaned post repair and painted in 2k enamel.
